A phone number is optional when booking. A supplied number is saved with the appointment and, for signed-in customers, with the account. Customers who choose Email + text receive operational confirmations, schedule changes, cancellations, and reminders through Twilio. Calendar invitations remain in email.

Appointment texts are not marketing. Customers can choose email only, change the account default, or reply STOP to opt out. Booking information is used to schedule services, maintain business records, and provide customer support.
