A phone number is optional when booking. A supplied number is saved with the appointment and, for signed-in customers, with the account. Providing a number alone does not enroll the customer in texts. Customers separately choose appointment texts, studio updates and offers, both, or neither. Consent to texts is not required to book or purchase a service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Calendar invitations remain in email.

Appointment-text and marketing-text permission are recorded separately. Customers can change either account default or reply STOP to stop all texts. Booking information is used to schedule services, maintain business records, and provide customer support.

We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to deliver and support the 904 Tattoo text-message program.
